Fitbit Says Users Can Avoid Rashes: “give your skin a break”


According to an ABC7 News report, FitBit users are still complaining about getting rashes from wearing Fitbit’s bands, this problem seems to be not yet solved, 200 customer’s publications were found on social media to complain a bout skin rashes, now it is the FitBit comnay turn to reply, the company said that they know about the cases “of a very limited percentage of users reporting skin irritation,” the claim that those complains “are likely from wearing the band too tight; sweat, water,  or soap being held against the skin under the device; or from pressure or friction against the skin.

Fitbit was previously forced to recall their wristbands due to many wearer that claims the gadget gave them skin rashes, a FitBit spoken person gave the solution by  telling the users: “take the device off and give your skin a break for hours, or even days, rashes should go away after a short respite
