As you may know before, Fossil has introduced the Fossil Q Founder, and android wear based smartwatch, which makes the company join the other ordinary watch makers like Tag Heuer, Movado Bold in the course of making smartwatches, so here is all you need about the device.
The Fossil Q Founder comes with a round display, it feature a stainless steel casing and a waterproof body, the device is available with one size, the 1.5 inch LCD display, so you should deal with it if you have a small wrist, the Q Founder comes in two build choices which are the stainless steel and the leather band.
The Q Founder is equipped with a round display with a resolution of 360×326, the device should have a crystal clear photo with a 240ppi pixel density, and with Android Wear on board, you will be enjoying a great experience. The smartwatch is IP67 certified, which means that it can be worn while taking a shower, but not while swimming and immersing it to water, the device comes packed with a 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage for your music and other files, and if you have noticed, the Q Founder is the first Android Wear smartwatch that jumps from 512 MB of RAM to 1 GB, well, that could be helpful with watch performance, or not! The 400 mAh battery should take you safe through the day while there is no GPS to drain it.

The device will be able to track your daily activities such as walking distances and slept hours then display then on the Fossil available app, the app will work both on Android and iOS devices, the Q Founder does not integrate a heart rate monitor, or at least nothing was communicated about that and the design does not show it on the watch back. Of course, the smartwatch is also there to bring you smarphone notifications.
The Fossil smartwatch is available in its two variants, the brown leather strap and the stainless steel version, the first one will cost you $275 while the second model will cost an extra $20, you can order it from the Fossil website or wait until it become live on online retailer and physical stores.
