When it comes to fitness tracking, Garmin is making the widest variety of choice, from fitness trackers to advanced sport watches, now the company is more expanding its presence by unveiling a new device, the Vivofit 3 wristband.
This is the third generation of the Vivofit series, the new device comes with a completely new redesigned look, the display is now much more smaller while the band is trying to be a modern one, new bands are available to give you the look you want, and don’t worry if you chosen the wrong one, you can always replace and swap them thanks to the device’s detachable mechanism.

The Garmin Vivofit 3 will do the basic activity tracking, the device will count your steps and distances, burned calories and automatically detect and track your sleep, and the new interesting thing, is that it can also automatically detect your activities like running, swimming and cycling without the need to do it yourself, the new fitness tracker from Garmin does not pack any advanced sensors like the HRM or the GPS, and it does not also support any smartphone notifications.
While it is using a coin cell battery, the Vivofit 3 can last for a whole year before replacing the battery, the device will cost you $99.99 and it will be officially announced at the MWC in Barcelona.
