Google’s Mode project want to customize your smartwatch

When it comes to customizations and options, Google is the number 1 leader thanks to its open source thinking, and now, the company is launching an open source design project called Mode, and it is dedicated for customizing your Android Wear smartwatches bands.

Mode watchbands are swappable leather and silicone bands available in four sizes to fit all the possible devices, the bands are now available in 16 colors so you can get all the options you need, and since this project is an open source one, you will surely see more options in the future. Mode watchbands are very simple and easy to use thanks to the snap-and-go mechanism, something that will let you change your watch look for the work day, for your night out or for making sport.

Mode is compatible with all the watches that utilizes the pin system, which are all android wear devices, Pebble and analogue watches, except for  the LG Watch Urbane 2nd Edition, the 1st gen Moto 360, Moto 360 Sport and Sony Smartwatch 3.
