HP teams up with Movado and introduce the Bold Motion smartwatch

HP is not trying to make its A to Z smartwatch, the company is collaborating with well known regular watchmakers to bring an hybrid beautiful watch, HP processor was included in the MB Chronowing smartwatch designed by Michael Bastian, and now, the company is teaming up with Movado, the swiss watchmaker to bring the Bold Motion smartwatch.

The new smartwatch does not feature a touch screen, the display is a regular watch face that comes with blue or white LED back-lightings depending on your configuration and choice, the device brings smartphone’s Android and iOS notifications such as emails, events, text messages and calls, the 44mm watch face will blink and vibrate to notify you, you will not be able to tell who is calling, but you can use the companion app to configure a specific LED pattern for a specific event or person.

The Bold Motion smartwatch is also able to track your steps, after setting your daily goal using the app, the watch will display your progress using a LED ring around the watch face, due to its simple and ergonomic design and technology, the device can last up to one week on a single charge, the HP Bold Motion is now available on Movado’s website for a price of $695.
