Huawei smartwatch, this is all you need to know about it

Huawei has teased its smartwatch since a long time at the MWC 2015, after that, the company went silent about its device that have really grabbed our attention, specially with its very classy and unique design. And now, after about 7 months, Huawei have fully unveiled its new smartwatch at the IFA 2015, so here is all you need to know about it.


As you can see, the Huawei smartwatch have an amazing round design, the device is all about satisfying every taste, from the classic stainless steel body with a leather strap, a steel link bracelet, to a a Black plated stainless steel body model and a rose gold plated stainless steel model, all of those comes preloaded with 40 watch faces, its 11.3mm chassis looks a little thick on a smaller wrist, so try it first!



The Huawei watch comes equipped with a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 processor and a 512MB of RAM on every model, these specs will power a 1.4 inch circular AMOLED screen that have a resolution of 400 x 400 pixels. The device is packed with a 300 mAh battery that should last for 1.5 day according to the company, and after 75 minute of full charging time, and beside of being stylish, the Huawei Watch is also waterproof (IP67 certified), and according to the company, the device packs the “most advanced heart rate monitor”, and that’s in term of accuracy. Of course, the watch will run the latest Android Wear version, which mean that it will also work on iOS devices.



Huawei seems to be proud of their new device, well, they really have something to be proud of, the price ranges are from €349 to €699/$799 depending on the model, $349 for the Classic Stainless steel body, leather strap, $399/€449 for the Stainless steel body, steel link bracelet/steel mesh, €699/$799 for the Elite model, the one with Rose gold plated stainless steel, and the same price for the gold plated stainless steel body and strap.
